Princess Luci~Month 3

1 Week

3 Months

3 Months
Luci is such a great little person that already wants to know what's going on. Mike says it's in her genes to be nosey. She spends most of her days chit chatting with whoever is smiling at her and doesn't like to be left out of the fun. Luci now enjoys sitting in her highchair at meal times because she thought she was missing too much on the floor in her bouncy seat.

Luci loves her big brother and already thinks it's funny when he gets in trouble or cries.

Spring is Springing!

There is nothing better than a beautiful Saturday. Now that the weather is finally starting to cooperate it's time for us to get back out and explore this beautiful country. The family spent Saturday at Wimpole Estate and Farm checking out all the new life. It's lambing season and I was really hoping to see a lamb being born but we missed one by a few minutes. We did however, get to see some lambs that were born that morning. There were some calves that sucked on Liam's fingers and tiny baby pigs that tried to eat Liam's pants. It was a great day out and I am hoping to get back some time and actually get to see the inside of the house.
My budding photog with the "boy camera".

There's nothing better than a big stack of hay to jump on!

These were the piggies that tried to eat Liam's pants a little later in the day.

This photo was taken at noon and this little lamb was born at 9:30 am!

Enjoying the sunshine.

Adventure Park...where else would you find Liam?
To all those people that ask me where they can get hair my color...Here ya go!
Buy this calf and have it grow some for you.

Wimpole Estate

Wouldn't this be great to see everyday when you look out your mansion windows?

Had to get some pictures of Luci since she was asleep most of the time we were at the farm.

Busy Busy!

It's been too long since my last post. My sister Megan came for her third visit and to meet Luci of course. Meg's visit fell perfectly with Liam's midterm break and we headed to Cadbury World in Birmingham.

I can honestly say that the best part of Cadbury World is the store where they have ALL the chocolate that they make in every size. Now that Cadbury is owned by Kraft maybe they will make it more of an attraction. We still enjoyed ourselves but we expect more for our money.
Luci was very excited...can you tell?

The Essence attraction was cool because you got to make your own creation. You can't go
wrong with a cup of melted Dairy Milk chocolate and crispy cereal.

This was super cool. The computer chocolate drops bounced off of you.
Luci and I joined Liam in the fun.

When you jumped on the chocolate squares they turned to splatters.

The following day we went to a great science museum called the ThinkTank. The place was super crowded. I hope we can go again sometime with Mike.

On February 24 we had to do Luci's 2 month photo shoot:

Luci is getting so big! At her 2 month appointment she weighed in at a whopping 9 lbs 5 oz and 21 2/8" long. She started chatting around 1 month but it seems everyday it increases. Looks like she is going to be a chatterbox just like mommy and Liam. The play yard has quickly become a fun place in the last week and she is swotting at the toys and making the bird sing by pulling the ring. Her other favorite chill spot is in her crib watching her mobile.

9 weeks and ready for her first birthday party.

Liam is doing well in school and finally starting to practice writing letters and numbers and sounding out words. I stopped pushing him when he was three. Liam has always been into science, animals and how things works so we encouraged him to explore what he enjoyed. Hopefully he will be up to speed on everything else soon.

Spring is just around the corner and hopefully some fun adventure and trips for us. Liam will soon be 5 as well! My how time flies!
