Snow, Rain and Sleet Oh MY!

Last Saturday we were blessed with a little flurry of snow. The kiddos were super excited because we haven't seen snow in a year. After running around outside in jammies the kids got dressed and headed outside. Luci hit the swings and Liam tried catching snowflakes.

The snowflakes for bigger a little later and we mainly watched from inside. The kids did run out to check out the fluffy flakes.

After a while the snow turned to rain and we were sad.

After hours of nothing dark clouds moved in and it hailed tiny ice balls for a long time. We got more ground cover from the sleet than the snow. Liam and I opened the door but it didn't feel nice.

Last Sunday we needed to get out of the house and Liam said he was in a museum mood. Luck for us the Museum of York County is free on Sundays. Luci slept through the short museum but woke up just as we were about to leave. Much to Liam's dismay we circled through again so Luci could see the animals. The museum is small and the majority of it is a large collection of African animals. We are considering writing a letter asking them to change the name of the museum. The name doesn't really fit the collection.
The kids weren't really in a picture mood but I was able to snap a few.
